Gordon Tessler, PhD is a nationally recognized author, teacher, and natural health practitioner in the fields of clinical nutrition, bioenergetics, biostress management and Biblical health. Dr. Tessler holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado and received his Doctorate in Wholistic Science and Nutrition from Columbia Pacific University. He was personally mentored by both Paavo Airola and Dr. Bernard Jensen, two well-known nutritional pioneers. His studies have taken him to Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He believes the reduction or removal of stress toxicity in the body helps to strengthen immunity and restore balance and health. During his more than 35 years of private clinical practice in Colorado, California, and North Carolina, Dr. Tessler has been a guest on several radio shows and television programs including The 700 Club and TBN. He also hosted his own listener call-in radio show in California and North Carolina. Dr. Tessler has authored several books including The Genesis Diet, Breaking the Fat Barrier, The Lazy Person’s Guide to Better Nutrition, and co-authored Cooking For Life with his wife, Laura.

Laura Tessler is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Laura teaches how to practically implement health principles into our hectic daily lives. Her seminars include such topics as, “Your Kitchen: Health Insurance or Health Hazard?” and “Cooking For Life.” Laura co-authored a cookbook, Cooking For Life, with her husband, Gordon. She works alongside her husband educating others how to live healthier lives. 

The Tesslers believe that total health is a balance between the spirit, the soul, and the body. Their desire is to help people live healthier lives by teaching Biblical health principles combined with the latest scientific research on healthy lifestyles, exercise, supplementation, and detoxification for optimum health. They challenge everyone to apply God’s wisdom as the foundation for emotional, mental, and physical wellness. The Tesslers believe that healing is both natural and supernatural.
